We recently had the privilege to collaborate with Concur on a Prezi presentation for CEO Steve Singh’s keynote address at the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) 2014 conference in Los Angeles.

Singh’s presentation focused on the question “What is the perfect trip?” and our Prezi design helped him demonstrate how the travel industry is truly global, requiring the contribution of numerous partners to create a perfect experience for a customer.

The Prezi highlighted recent integrations Concur has introduced to its platform—including partnerships with Avis car rental, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, United Airlines, Airbnb and Uber.

Concur employees had never used Prezi in this type of setting before, but they were intrigued by the platform and its capabilities. They approached Puffingston with a vision for the Prezi and we were able to help them transform it into a reality.

“Since Concur is a global leader in mobile expense management and travel coordination, we felt a dynamic Prezi would help them reinforce their branding as a technology-forward company,” says Luke Goetting, presentation specialist at Puffingston and primary designer on the Concur project. “It was exciting to work with a company so committed to delivering a presentation that resonated with the audience.”

The GBTA conference is the prominent convention in the travel industry, featuring nearly 7,000 attendees, over 70 education sessions and more than 400 companies exhibiting at the expo. In addition to Singh, notable speakers at the Los Angeles convention included actors Kevin Spacey and Jason Alexander as well as Twitter co-founder Biz Stone.
